Pay Review 2025

I am pleased to confirm that the USDAW members voted majority in favour for the 2025 pay award, the new pay rates have now been implemented, and the rates will increase for all hours worked on and after 1st April and will be reflected in the pay slips on 2nd May 2025.

Base pay is just one of the many benefits of working for the Society.  As a reminder, all of our benefits can be found here.

Should you have any queries or concerns about your pay review, please speak to your line manager in the first instance.

Line managers can raise queries they cannot answer to their managers, or can contact HR by using service now by using ‘employment change’.
