In my vlog this week, I’ve been out and about in the Chipping Campden area, celebrating Dee Anderson’s 35 years of service and reflecting on our fascinating history over the last 100 years. The celebrations continued as I joined Walsall Town Centre Food store colleagues to officially mark our recent People in Retail Award win for the Fairer Futures Programme. I’m very proud of how we’ve helped create a brighter future for many of our colleagues at the store.

Lastly, with Remembrance activities happening this weekend, we encourage all colleagues to join the two-minute silences on 10^th & 11^th wherever they may be. Have a great weekend.

Congratulations Dee on your 35 years service! I still remember the first day we met. Also, wonderful to see the award celebration with the whole team in Walsall - such a deserved recognistion and a lovely team led by Helen!

Congratulations on your 35 year service, Dee! Such dedication to our Chipping Campden store. My first ever manager at Midcounties and still a wonderful colleague and friend today. Also lovely to see the award celebrations with colleagues at Walsall for the Fairer Futures Programme, you should all be really proud of what you've achieved!
