Happy Monday everyone!
As this weeks guest editor, I thought I'd share a little insight on all things digital, what's happening in the broader society and in Travel.
Transforming our business digitally, to improve colleague and member experience is a key focal point as a society. A Digital Transformation Board has now been established and will regularly meet to ensure the ongoing success of our digital initiatives. The use of artificial intelligence and automation to remove unwanted and repetitive processes is firmly at the heart of our plans.

At the start of April, we will be rolling out Phase 2 of Project Seville (Agent platform) to our colleagues in Consortium and PTA. The planned roll out will involve teams travelling across the UK to train and coach agents on the new system. With 150 businesses operating retail, call centres, tour operators and home workers - in addition to the PTA, this is an enormous endeavour that will take us through to the end of October.
As we prepare for the roll out, more functionalities will be released to you including new payment solutions and booking importers for Gold Medal and TUI. Some of this has been in test since last week.
A big thank you to the extended teams that are working with us to test and deliver new functionality. Don't forget, if you have any feedback particularly on any processes you think we should automate please do not hesitate to reach out.
