For the month of October, this nationwide campaign asks you or your loved ones to attempt to quit smoking for 28 days. It’s founded on the evidence that if a smoker can quit for 28 days, they are five times more likely to quit for good. Over the last few months we’ve all seen the challenges that can be faced when trying to stay healthy and to help our colleagues put their health first and make the most of Stoptober, Your Co-op Pharmacy is here to provide you with an exclusive opportunity.
