Over 250 colleagues are already growing their careers through apprenticeships, with 90 completions this year alone. Apply between 18 May and 7 June to earn, learn and gain a recognised qualification while you work.
In February, we celebrated National Apprenticeship Week and recognised the fantastic progress across our programmes. We’re delighted that over 250 colleagues are currently undertaking an apprenticeship and 90 colleagues successfully completed their programmes in 2025!
As part of the celebrations, our graduates received sustainable gift hampers in recognition of their achievements. We’re incredibly proud of the dedication and hard work shown by everyone involved.

Updates to apprenticeship programmes
Following an announcement from the Department for Education in April, some programmes will no longer receive funding and will therefore no longer be available (this doesn’t impact current apprentices) these are:
- Level 3 Team Leader
- Level 5 Operations Manager
- Level 5 Coaching Professional
We understand this may be disappointing for those who were considering these pathways. We are currently exploring alternative options to ensure we can continue supporting colleagues in their career development.
