At Midcounties we want all colleagues to feel safe, and work in a comfortable environment. That’s why we've launched the Appropriate Workplace Behaviours module. Shaheen Valli, from Learning & Development, tells us a little more about the latest module all colleagues can take on i.Learn.
Embracing our differences and valuing the opinions of others is a part of our way of life. However, we don’t always get it right.
We are asking all colleagues to complete our new Appropriate Workplace Behaviours module to build confidence in having honest and open conversations, should the need arise.
Colleagues have already been enrolled and the course is live on their i.learn dashboards for completion.
The module takes up to 20 minutes.
This course needs to be completed by 6th March.
The module covers the simple steps we all should follow:
Recognise – Deciding whether or not actions or comments are appropriate.
Refrain – Stopping and calling out inappropriate behaviour or asking a colleague to do so.
Respond – Speaking up to raise awareness of appropriate behaviours.
Please note: due to the peak trading period travel colleagues will complete this module from 3rd April. Local comms will be issued nearer the time.
