Not sure whether to take the LEAP? Read Amber’s story
If you’re not sure whether taking the LEAP is right for you, read Amber’s story about how her LEAP programme helped her in her career at our Leamington Grove nursery.
"Shortly after gaining my Level 3 qualification, I became Room Manager for the 1-2's room. The Apprenticeship opened up many more opportunities within the nursery for me, such as being able to apply for higher positions and allowing me to put what I learnt throughout the course into my own practice. I particularly enjoyed learning about how the children's environments affect their learning, which has really impacted the way I approach my room's enhancements and development through creative ideas and DIY projects."

If you’re thinking about where to go next in your career or you’re looking for an opportunity to develop, why not book in a Development Check-in with your line manager?
Discuss your options with them and, who knows, next year you could be taking the LEAP!
