Being a valued colleague member, did you know you have access to all the weekly rewards on offer via the Your Co-op Rewards app? It’s all about thanking you, for choosing to shop with us.
Reaching our valued colleague members
Since launching the app, we have had over 4,200 colleagues log into Your Co-op Rewards, which is around 54% of all colleague members. To reach the rest of our colleague members, we need your help to spread the message about Your Co-op Rewards, so all colleague members can take advantage of the fantastic rewards on offer.

Don’t have a smartphone? You can use the website instead to get access to Your Co-op Rewards by clicking here.

Don’t know how to log in? Just click ‘unsure of my login details’ on the login page and we will guide you through the process of logging in using your membership card number

Out of date or inaccurate email address on your account? Change your member settings – either log in to your membership account and change your email address under ‘personal details’ or follow the link ‘update member settings’ from the settings page of the app. You can do all this yourself – you don’t need to contact the membership team
