We’re excited to move forward with this new shared identity, bringing together the important work of Colleague Council and Colleague Voice under one name and purpose.

Your feedback and ideas continue to play a vital role in helping shape OurCoop, and Our Colleague Voice reflects exactly that – making sure colleagues are heard and represented.

Celebrating National Day of Staff Networks

Last week, on 13 May, we were proud to mark National Day of Staff Networks by bringing together OurCoop colleague inclusion network Leads from across the business for the very first time – and what a perfect day to do it.

The session was a fantastic opportunity to build connections, reflect on our strengths, and have open and honest conversations about where we can continue to grow and improve together. It was brilliant to see colleagues sharing ideas, experiences and perspectives, and we’ve already made a really positive step forward in strengthening our networks and shaping future ways of working together.

This is just the beginning, and we’ll continue to come together like this as we build a connected and collaborative group of networks. Thank you to everyone involved, and we’ll be sure to keep sharing updates with you as the work progresses.
