The way you access your Payslip is changing – Now Live

As mentioned in our previous update, the new payslip portal is now live, so why not log in and set up your access? This update will provide you with more information on the changes, so please share this with your fellow colleagues.

So, what has changed and what do I need to know?

The first payslip will be available on the 8^th February 2023.

To log in please use the longer version of your username as an example becky.smith@midcounties.coop. The password remains the same.
For further information on how to set up your access, open and save your payslip, FAQs or report an issue please go to the My Pay section on Colleagues Connect.
We have made it easier for you to access your new payslip portal so you can log in from anywhere on any device, even from your own personal device.
Historical payslips are still available on the old payslip portal.

For any queries, please speak to your line manager in the first instance.
