The way you access your payslip is changing and we need all colleagues to register their details and provide a personal email address to ensure secure access from any device. This update will provide you with more information on the changes, so please share this with your fellow colleagues.
We know that payroll is one of the most important areas to get 100% right for our colleagues and have listened to the problems that you have reported to us regarding the system, the way that queries are dealt with, and the way you use the HR and Finance systems.
That's why in September, we will be implementing a new payroll system and upgrading our HR and Finance systems. This will introduce a new way to access clearer payslips, new ways to raise and deal with payroll queries and make it easier for you to make your own personal detail changes.
At the same time, we will launch a new ‘My Pay’ section on Colleagues Connect with clearer, up-to-date information, and new user guides.
But we can’t do this alone. We need your help to ensure that you and your fellow colleagues are aware of the changes that will come into place over the coming weeks. This will ensure a smooth transition for everyone while we carry out these essential steps.

So, what’s changing and what do I need to know?
Simply, from 20th September, we are making it easier for you to access your new payroll system so you can log in from any device. All you will need is your own personal email address to access your records.
In line with this change, we are upgrading the HR and Finance system which will mean that you can update your records if you move or change your bank details. This puts you in control of your details.
Old pay slips? You’ll still be able to retrieve your old payslips and claim expenses more easily.
Full details on how to do all of this will be on Colleagues Connect in a new ‘My Pay’ area with answers to many frequently asked payroll questions.
For any queries please speak to your line manager in the first instance.
