Wombourne Post Office:
"I was served quickly and professionally by a friendly and polite assistant. They informed me about all the postal options available for posting overseas parcels. The Post Office was clean and tidy with clear social distancing measures in place to help customers feel safer during these worrying times. They have even done their best to make an entrance and exit to the post office counter that is one way to avoid unnecessary person to person contact, a challenge indeed given how small their area within the store is. All staff were wearing face masks offering further reassurance that they are adhering to COVID safety measures. I felt that my custom was valued and I will definitely visit again."
Abingdon Post Office:
"I come to the Post Office every week as I have been for some years, I am very uneasy due to Covid-19. I have health conditions and explained this to the young lady who put me at ease about cleaning etc. She always makes an effort to wipe the pin pad and side when I come in and gives provides me hand sanitiser, she is so professional and caring. Nothing is ever too much effort and she always puts my mind to rest and makes me feel comfortable coming out and using the Post Office, she is such a kind lady."
Fordhouses Post Office:
"Through my business, I have to visit Post Offices regularly, this Post Office is a little gem. They are always busy doing something but will stop immediately to serve so there is never ever a long wait. Very friendly always smiling. What I like the most is twice last week when I visited on both separate occasions they were cleaning, which is vital during the pandemic. A massive congratulations to you for having such a superb Post Office on the Vine Island. Wish they were all like this one."
