The Mental Health Champions would like to thank you for your continued support. Your involvement has helped raise awareness and reduce the stigma around speaking openly about mental health.
January is Mental Health Month, and we have a number of activities planned to support awareness and wellbeing.
Stir Up Gratitude
Our wellbeing partner, Everymind, invites us to Stir Up Gratitude. Taking a moment to recognise even one small thing we’re grateful for can help lift mood, strengthen connections, and spread positivity across the workplace.

Brew Monday
Join the Mental Health Champions on Monday 19 January 2026 for Brew Monday, in partnership with Samaritans. Connect with colleagues over a cuppa and biscuit, boost your mood, and put mental health first.

Doing Good Together Fund
Supporting local causes brings people together, boosts morale, and has a positive impact on wellbeing. January is a great time to consider:
- What positive difference could your team make this year?
- Is there a local cause you could support?
