Christmas Colleague Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

‘Free Holiday’ is based on the average transaction value for the same period last year being £2500.

 

Applicable to bookings placed by Midcounties [or Central England] colleagues where you are the ‘Lead Name’ on the booking.

Booked between 01^st – 23^rd December 2025 and departing in 2026.

Bookings made through a [Your Coop Travel branch or call centre] Travel Agent in accordance with the Colleague Discount rules.

 

One booking will be picked at random on Christmas Eve and up to [£2,500] of the holiday value will be paid by Your Coop.

Deposits up to [£2,500] that have been paid will be refunded within 14 days and the remaining balance reduced.

If the full balance has already been paid, then up to [£2,500] will be refunded within 14 days.

 

Any future changes to the booking which result in the cost changing will require payment. The prize is capped to the value at the date of the prize draw and a maximum of [£2500].

If you later to choose to cancel the holiday there is no cash value and no further refund due.
