10th October each year is World Mental Health Day and it’s everyone’s chance to talk about it, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.
The theme for this year is "Making Mental Health a Global Priority For All". As looking after yourself should be a number one priority, we’re encouraging each of you to be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to managing your mental health.
