How has the app has performed so far?
In just over two weeks since the colleague launch, an incredible 2.6k colleagues have downloaded the app! This accounts for around 34% of colleagues in the Society, so if you've been enjoying the app then please encourage your fellow colleagues to try it out for themselves 😊
67% of colleagues who have downloaded the app have used it 3 times or more, and over 52% colleagues have used the app 5 times or more. These stats let us know that colleagues have found the app useful and is giving you another wonderful benefit to being a member of the Society.
Feedback & Learnings
Since we launched the app, we've had some great feedback and have also taken on board some of the issues you have come across. Here's some top tips in case you have an issue...

Don’t have a smartphone? You can use the website instead to get access to Your Co-op Rewards by clicking here.

Don’t know how to log in? Just click ‘unsure of my login details’ on the login page and we will guide you through the process of logging in using your membership card number

Out of date or inaccurate email address on your account? Change your member settings – either log in to your membership account and change your email address under ‘personal details’ or follow the link ‘update member settings’ from the settings page of the app. You can do all this yourself – you don’t need to contact the membership team

Making the most of your app 
Here are a few easy pointers to help you make the most out of the new app and your rewards:

To sign in, you’ll need your membership number or registered email address, plus your password

If you don't know them or need some help, click on the 'Unsure of your login details' on the app home page - you'll just need your membership number handy
