"The customer loves the Co-op and has been shopping with us since the 80's. She thinks the staff we have in the Radbrook store are fantastic, they are so kind and helpful. She wanted to thank Tracy, Rachael, and Donna as they go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for them. So thoughtful and caring, she really wanted them to know how grateful she is."

"I had a call this morning from a Lady called June Chambers who had just come out of months of lockdown, she had a lot of bills to pay and was very nervous about holding people up at the till, she was served by Stephanie at Cowley Centre Food. June said she was a star and could not have been nicer to her, she didnβt hurry her, she was so patient and very courteous. June said she just had to call and give her the praise that she deserved."
Well done to colleague Stephanie at Cowley Centre Food, (messaged passed on from HR). πππ
