"Having just moved to Wales in early November my first call was to the Coop for essentials. It was dark, I am handicapped and could find no DISABLED PARK and so had to park right down at the bottom of your park. My walk was difficult with no lighting and dangerously pot holed park. On my check out I was overjoyed when Nicola offered to take my trolley to my car and then proceeded to load my car, help me to reverse out of the small space and take my trolley back. She particularly and others have been constantly kind and charming." ππ
