A Member 'WOW' for Maria from Wem. Well done Maria πππ
"I come in every morning to get my paper, usually at the same time there is an elderly gentleman who comes in for his paper too. A couple of times a week Maria saves him a freshly baked apple pie. Recently he never came in for a few days which worried her.So, she made a few enquiries and found that heβd had a fall and was in hospital. She then put together a care package of toiletries, puzzle books and his favourite apple pie and dropped it off at the hospital 20 miles away! If this isnβt going above and beyond for your customers,I donβt know what is. Maria is a credit to your store."

A customer we have been delivering to for the past 2 years - Kinver Food. πππ
"For the last two years or so you, and the staff of Kinver Co op, have supported Yvonne and myself through the difficult times not only of the pandemic but also Yvonne's illness, we couldn't have managed without you, but now I think it is time for us to stand on our own two feet again. Thanks to the vaccine jabs, and now Yvonne has had four, we feel confident enough to venture out and get our shopping ourselves rather than ask you to go out of your way and deliver it to us.
We cannot thank you all enough and please convey that message to all the staff at Kinver Co op."
Thame Food raised almost Β£150 today by doing a Fairtrade bake sale. Colleagues were telling customers about fairtrade while they were choosing their cakes, and all the cakes were made with as much fairtrade ingredients as possible. πππ
