Community Volunteering Hours at the Great North Run!πββοΈ
Last weekend, colleagues at the Newbiggin Nursery helped out in the community by running the 'lost people' stand at the Great North Run. They also used the opportunity to give away childcare goodie bags to attendees and there was also an appearance from our Little Pioneer Alice. Well done to everyone who took part! πππ

Colleague Customer service alert! A customer called in to give a compliment to Chris Heritage in Membership for his excellent customer service skills. She said:
"He was brilliant, such excellent service, he was patient, kind, polite and gave clear instructions on how to use the member's app, he took her health into consideration and completely achieved what she needed. She would like him to be acknowledged for this service and rewarded as today to cannot always get such caring customer service."

To raise funds for a new community defibrillator, the Radbrook Food store is cycling 275 miles(equivalent to the length of District 1 in the Food Markets) on 2 bikes, so a total of 550miles.
To help reach their target they are also doing a guess the sweets and name the bear for customers in-store. Currently on Β£1,300, why not pop into the store to help the cause? Well done team, keep pedalling! π΄ββοΈπππβ€
Member deals going down really well in-store, here are displays in Botley and Chipping Norton Food stores. Well done to the colleagues who set them up!πππ
