Youth Employment UK benchmark results

Helping young people thrive in our Society is an important part of who we are, so it’s great to hear that in our second benchmarking review with Youth Employment UK, our Society has achieved ‘Championing’ status for our ‘Explore’ activities, while maintaining our ‘Committing’ status for ‘Experience’ and ‘Employment’.  

Youth Employment UK uses the Good Youth Employment Benchmark tool, which helps employers assess and improve their recruitment and retention practices for young people. 

Achieving this benchmarking status reflects the strong progress our Society has made with our Early Careers programme. Our progress has been supported by our work with schools, including careers fairs, CV writing workshops, and mock interviews, as well as working closely with our NextGen under-25s network.
