What are the Member TRUST Measures
Our strategic TRUST pillars are in place to support our Purpose, and to showcase what makes us different from other organisations.
To measure our progress we have Member TRUST Measures in place, enabling us to externally communicate to our members the Society’s progress against our TRUST pillars, and therefore our progress against our overall Purpose.
How & When are Member TRUST Measures reported on?
Each section of the Member TRUST Measures has a number of objectives which we monitor on a monthly basis. The sections are coloured red, amber or green to indicate whether they are below target (red), nearly on target (amber), or on or above target (green). Progression against these Member TRUST Measures is reported to our colleagues every period and is also reported to our members on a half-yearly basis through our Member Half Yearly Meetings and AGM.
