This Code of Business Conduct is a demonstration of the Society’s commitment to obtaining and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards wherever we operate. The Code of Business Conduct sets out what the Society expects of all colleagues (whether employed on a full-time, part-time, fixed term or permanent basis), as well as agency staff and contractors. This Code of Business Conduct provides guidance on how colleagues should live the values in their everyday work.

Policies and Procedures

The Society has policies and procedures which govern our behaviours and set standards for both personal and commercial integrity. Examples of these policies include "Diversity and Inclusion Policy" “Expenses Policy”, “Whistleblowing Policy”, “Bribery and Fraud Policy”, “Health and Safety Policy” and “Acceptable use of IT Facilities Policy”. Each of these policies can be found on the Society’s intranet.
