Colleague Membership Card Procedures and Guidelines
Your colleague membership card and discount are to be only used by the colleague named on the card.
As a primary colleague member cardholder, you are allowed to nominate an additional cardholder. This person must live in your household and be an immediate relative, partner or carer and be a member of The Midcounties Co-operative.

Colleagues should purchase any shopping from our Food stores in line with the colleague purchase policy.

You should not use your card to earn points or discounts on transactions other than your purchases.

Your Colleague Membership Card is for personal use only, and you should present your card through the app or a physical copy at every transaction.

Please do not give your membership number or membership details to anyone else to use, including any additional cardholders.

Additional colleague member cards are a colleague’s responsibility and if at any time a colleague feels the partner card details have been compromised, shared around or are being misused they should contact the Safe Stores Team immediately to report this and request a new partner card.

Colleagues should only accept a physical membership card or a membership card through the app.

Screenshots of your membership card will not be accepted at the till point and nor should they be shared.

The Colleague Membership card remains the property of the Midcounties Co-operative, and we reserve the right to withdraw cards or vary the scheme's conditions at any time.

If you suspect misuse of the procedures, please report it immediately.
