Are you ready to improve your Mental Health & Wellbeing? Well, you have picked the right week to get started during Mental Health Awareness Week. 😊
Continue to Learn
Continued learning throughout life helps to not only enhance self-esteem but encourage more social interactions and increased active life. Why not start your learning today?
Throughout the week we have a range of tips from our Mental Health experts including our environmental ambassador Cal Major, Mind charity ambassador, Paol Stuart Thomson & Paul Mcgregor from Everymind who have all kindly filmed a number of helpful videos for you, our colleagues to watch.
Don’t forget to also log your activity miles between 8th-18th May here, so we can reach 2,500 miles and donate £2,500 to the charity Mind. Every mile counts!
Try something new 💡
We often think that learning is just important for making sure young people develop skills, knowledge and experience to help them on their journey into adulthood. However, that's wrong! If we keep learning throughout adulthood and into later life, this can have a positive impact on maintaining and improving our mental health and wellbeing.
Setting personal goals has been strongly linked with higher levels of well-being so why not learn something new today?
