Our Learning & Development teams are committed to supporting you and your learning journey with Midcounties and are constantly innovating to improve learning and development for all our colleagues.
From our Society Pulse Surveys, we found that 67% of colleagues believe they have the opportunity to develop at Midcounties, so why not start learning today?
To celebrate ‘Learning at Work Week’ we will be showcasing what development opportunities Midcounties can offer to every colleague.
Personal development at work can be used in many ways; to learn something totally new or to build on any existing skills, knowledge and competencies. Development is something we feel passionate about and continuous growth is our goal.

Where can I find my Development Opportunities?🧠
Your development opportunities are readily available. Performance Development Plans and i.Learn can both be accessed through the Learning & Development section of the Colleagues Connect site.
The L&D Team are regularly improving i.Learn to add more content and make it easier to navigate and access the range of courses available to you.
